Shipping Policy

We only ship within the UK.

We try to despatch your parcel within 24 hours of receipt of your order, in a lot of cases in may even be on the same day.

In most cases we use Royal Mail as we have found them to be more reliable than other couriers and again, in most cases we use 2nd class Tracked 48.

For larger items we have no choice but to use Evri as they are cheaper than Royal Mail for the bulkier items.

Personalised items can take longer as these take longer to make but we will be in contact with you directly throughout the process and will advise you when your parcel will be ready for despatch.
