Delivery & Returns

Delivery:

We aim to keep our postage and packing costs as low as possible. The costs can vary depending on the weight and size of the item and the postage cost can be seen at checkout. Should we get the postage wrong and it costs us more than you have paid we will not ask you for any extra postage costs, we will cover that charge ourselves.

Any orders over £60 will receive FREE shipping.

At present we only post within the United Kingdom and do not post to other parts of the world.

Returns:

We cannot accept returns for personalised items as these have been made specifically for individual customers.

Should an item arrived damaged in transit we would require you to contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel. We will ask for photographic evidence showing what damage has occurred as well as a description of the damage. You can send photographs by replying to your order confirmation email. We will look into the matter and do everything that is practically possible to rectify the matter.

Should you wish to return the item for any other reason, other than damaged in transit, then this will be returned to us at your own cost, non refundable. We must be informed of the reason for return within 7 days of receipt of the item and it must be returned to us in a saleable condition.
Every item that we send has been checked prior to posting and where an item is supplied with an LED light, this has been tested prior to posting.
